All was timed starting with a carrot and celery drink at 7am etc and Ozone treatment 3x week ..No water for 18 mths as she was getting enough from juices and fruits. No bread, chips ,processed foods etc. After 1 month a baked potatoe every 3 days….Shes amazing we’ve been married 60 yrs in August this year
I have mild gut ulcer, too. The food that hurts least is well-cooked oats passed thru a sieve: i get the good soluble fibre and avoid the painful ti digest roughage. I can tolerate a slice of wholemeal toast. I make “tea” from local greens (dandelions, plantains, nettles) and peppermint that my stomach loves. Gotta be careful with high fibre: it can cause further damage to the lining, I believe. You can make everything into a broth and throw out the solid bits.
Thank you so so much! I was too sick, in too much pain add too week to think. Rice seems to be the gentlest of grains. Also oatmeal with manuka honey & NO MORE CAFFEINE! Thank you again! You’re a lifesaver bc i have no medical insurance!!!
