Justin Bieber cut a tense and weary figure in New York City on Wednesday, fuelling speculation about trouble in his marriage to Hailey Bieber.
The Sorry singer, 30, stepped out in the Big Apple wearing a bright yellow hoodie, oversized cargo trousers, and fuzzy slipper-like shoes.
At one point, he was pictured grabbing his crotch as he strolled down a busy Manhattan street. Later, he was seen hopping into a waiting SUV.
Meanwhile, Hailey was spotted separately, leaving a building alone in Union Square later that evening. Their latest outing comes just days after the couple, who have been married for over six years and share their son, Jack Blues Bieber, appeared to put on a united front during a cosy date night.
But behind the scenes, things may not be as picture-perfect. Sources tell DailyMail.com that Haileyâs inner circle is becoming increasingly worried about his âunacceptable behaviour,â with some reportedly encouraging her to walk away from the relationship.
A insider told the outlet last week: âHailey’s been struggling with Justin almost since the start of the marriage. She loves him madly but he’s a loose cannon. Some of her friends have advised her to go it alone and leave him.
âHis behavior is sometimes unacceptable. She’s put up with a lot.â
A source then claimed that Hailey and her inner circle had hoped fatherhood would bring a change in Justin, especially after he was so present for her following the birth of their son in August 2024. But according to the insider, âit hasnât stuck.â

Meanwhile, Justin recently attempted to shut down speculation about trouble in their marriage after fans noticed he had unfollowed Hailey on Instagram.
Last week, the Love Yourself singer was suddenly not following the Rhode Beauty founder, igniting rumours of trouble in paradise. Hours later, he addressed the situation, claiming his account had been hacked.
âSomeone went on my account and unfollowed my wife,â he wrote on his Instagram Story. âS*** is getting suss out here.â
The timing was especially curious as the incident came just days after the 30-year-old shared a sweet photo of himself and Hailey ice skating during a trip to Aspen, Colorado, seemingly proving all was well between the two.
Hailey then sent a subtle message to fans amid the speculation about her marriage, posting a mirror selfie on her Instagram Stories on January 23, which showed off her $1.5 million upgraded engagement ring and a tote bag embroidered with the words “Mrs. Bieber”.
The 28-year-old is no stranger to addressing online chatter about her marriage. Back in December, she subtly clapped back at TikTok-fuelled speculation with a pointed Instagram Story.
Sharing a viral TikTok clip, the model captioned the post: â[M]e to all of you on the internet,â alongside a heart-hand emoji. In the humorous video, the creator repeatedly says: âYouâre not well, and itâs okay,â with added laughter.
Her post came amid a wave of fan theories about her relationship with the Peaches hitmaker including one from TikToker and podcast host Sloan Hooks, who speculated that the couple had been subtly feuding on Instagram.
His video, which garnered nearly 500,000 likes, claimed he had received a âtipâ about tension in their marriage. He pointed out supposed hints, such as Bieber posting a photo of himself with Jacqueesâ song B.E.D playingâa track Sloan described as âa man wanting sex, not love.â
Shortly after, the beauty founder reportedly shared SZA lyrics: âBut if itâs f*** me, then f*** you.â

Justin is reportedly struggling with the newfound pressure of fatherhood, with insiders saying his six-year marriage to model Hailey Bieber is on the rocks.
He recently shared a picture of himself sitting alone on a pavement puffing on a bong.
Insiders say Justin has also become increasingly reclusive and hates “large crowds”.
“Hailey’s been struggling with Justin almost since the start of the marriage,” an insider told the Daily Mail.
“She loves him madly but he’s a loose cannon. Some of her friends have advised her to go it alone and leave him. His behaviour is sometimes unacceptable. She’s put up with a lot.
“Hailey has been trying to give Justin the help he needs, but he doesn’t appreciate being told what to do and sometimes shuts her down and refuses to talk to her for days.”
Another source claims Hailey puts up with his “baggage” because she is desperate for them to be a “complete family unit”.
Before they got married Justin struggled with drug abuse and mental health issues, much of it stemming from his overnight fame as a teenager.
In 2019 he wrote on Instagram that he was trying to be a better person, having been “disrespectful to women” in the past.
“It’s hard to get out of bed in the morning with the right attitude when you are overwhelmed with your life, your past, job, responsibilities, emotions, your family, finances, and your relationship,” he added.
Justin quit playing live concerts in September 2022 near the end of a world tour following a rare facial infection and it’s believed he has virtually all but turned his back on the world of music.
Many hoped he would change his ways after welcoming his first child, son Jack Blues, in August last year but it appears this has not been the case.
Over the next few months he was hit by a series of blows, in particular the arrest of P Diddy, his former mentor and friend, and the death of his friend, singer Liam Payne.

Diddy’s arrest on charges of sex trafficking, prostitution and more has left Justin particularly stressed, say insiders.
He reportedly attended many of Diddy’s sordid white parties where underage sex, drink and drugs reportedly abounded.
Earlier this month Justin raised eyebrows when fans noticed he’d suddenly unfollowed his wife on social media.
However, he quickly followed her again, claiming his account had been hacked.
“Someone went on my account and unfollowed my wife,” he wrote in a statement shared to his Stories. “S*** getting suss out here.”
It was yet just another bizarre moment in their tumultuous relationship and his latest pictures have left his fans worried he has gone into “self-destruct” mode.
“Whatever is going on with him, [Hailey] needs to put their son first and foremost whatever she has to do,” said one fan.
“He looks 40 years old. This young man needs help. Serious help. Something is eating at him. It’s not a sign of weakness to ask for help. He has a son to raise,” wrote another.
Another commented, “Too much baggage from his past, too many wolves around him when he was young . . . We all know, and I hope he can make it through.”
